We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a prestigious country house hotel near Harrogate. You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for Yorkshire produce.

Key responsibilities: menu planning and development, managing and mentoring a brigade of 8, ordering and stock control, maintaining food hygiene standards.
